All sales are final. Our current offerings do not include pre-recorded courses or downloadable digital products; services are delivered through direct engagement with Jamie Robbins, including scheduled consultations, strategic sessions, and ongoing advisory access.

As these services constitute bespoke professional time rendered on a per-client basis, they are considered delivered upon commencement of the engagement and are therefore non-refundable. Should you encounter any administrative or technical issues relating to access or scheduling, our team will resolve them promptly. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

Robbins Group LLC also reserves the right to limit your use of the Site and/or the Content or to terminate your account should Robbins Group LLC determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that you have violated any other rules or conditions of Robbins Group LLC. 13. Limitation of Liability

Robbins Group LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by Robbins Group LLC.

15. Beneficiaries

The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of Robbins Group LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its third-party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
