Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using this website or making a purchase. By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Introduction

Your access to and use of this website, and all related websites operated by Robbins Group LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), including founders.so, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing the Site or purchasing, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Content and License

The Site and our programs provide courses, videos, training materials, templates, worksheets, community access, custom-built systems, and other materials (collectively "Content") for your personal and business use. This Content is owned by the Company and/or its third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Content for your own purposes. No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, shared, resold, or used commercially without written permission from the Company.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All Content is copyrighted and owned by the Company and/or its suppliers. The frameworks, systems, templates, and methods used in our programs are proprietary.

All materials and systems built for or provided to you under a program, including the Brand Machine and all installed systems, are licensed to you for unrestricted use within your own business. This expressly includes use by your employees, contractors, freelancers, and any other members of your internal team engaged in operating your business. This licence does not permit the resale, redistribution, publication, or disclosure of such materials or systems to unauthorised third parties, nor their use in the creation of competing products or services. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may violate copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights, and may result in termination of access.

4. Your Build: Ownership and Use

Custom systems built during your engagement, including any workspace, documentation, and infrastructure installed in your business, are yours to keep and use within your business indefinitely, including after the engagement ends. As set out in Section 3, this includes use by your employees, contractors, freelancers, and internal team.

The Company retains ownership of the underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and system architecture used to create your build, and may reuse these for other clients. Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use what was built for you within your own business. It does not transfer ownership of the Company's intellectual property or methods, and it does not permit resale, redistribution, publication, or sharing of the systems or materials with unauthorised third parties.

5. Program Structure and Access

Our programs may include a combination of: (a) direct 1:1 services from Jamie Robbins, including private sessions, scheduled calls, and asynchronous access; (b) digital content, including course modules, templates, SOPs, and AI-based tools; and (c) community access, including group calls and the private member community.

Upon purchase and completion of onboarding, access to your program, community, and scheduling is provided via email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly, and check your spam and promotions folders if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you have any trouble getting in, our team will sort it out quickly.

Access is granted to one individual and is non-transferable. Sharing login details, distributing Content, or giving access to anyone who has not purchased is not permitted and may result in termination of access.

6. Payment and Installments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The total split-payment amount may be higher than the one-time payment amount.

Where you choose a split-payment option, you are committing to the full program price, not a month-by-month subscription, and you authorise the Company to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled installment on its due date. All scheduled installments remain due regardless of your level of participation.

If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method up to three (3) times. If payment still hasn't gone through after the third attempt, access to the program, community, and materials will be suspended and then revoked. Any payments already made remain non-refundable, and the Company reserves its right to collect the remaining balance. We're always happy to restore access once any outstanding balance is settled.

By choosing a payment plan, you're making a commitment to the full program amount, and we honour our side by delivering everything from day one. If an outstanding balance remains unresolved after we've reached out, the Company reserves the right to recover the amount owed through appropriate channels, which may include third-party collection services or legal proceedings, along with reasonable costs of recovery where permitted by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Our programs are built around Jamie's direct, personal involvement, including 1:1 sessions, custom build work, and dedicated time reserved specifically for you. Because that time is committed to your engagement from the moment you join, and spots are limited each month, it cannot be recovered or resold once the engagement begins. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. This policy protects the time and commitment we dedicate to each member, and the limited spots available to others.
